Orthoimagery, orthomosaics

Aperigae provides orthoimagery products (orthophotos, true orthophotos, DEM) and image maps (orthos with relevant topographic and cadastral content) to fuel GIS from aerial photography, satellite imagery or UAV imagery.

Aperigae provides orthoimagery products (orthophotos, true orthophotos, DEM) and image maps (orthos with relevant topographic and cadastral content) to fuel GIS from aerial photography, satellite imagery or UAV imagery.

Aperigae produces orthorectified images and image mosaics. Besides, Aperigae can convert legacy and current aerial images into image mosaics. In case of historical images and non-precise ORI images, Aperigae provides solutions to get the optimum accuracy due to the requirements and specifications.

The cut-line (seam lines) process for seamless images, color enhancement, image enhancement phases of image processing and image mosaicking are performed with state-of-the-art technology, scientific knowledge and art. The final output can be converted into different formats based on the requirements of the customer; either for visual interpretation, GIS use or simple visualization as a background. The image mosaic can be tiled for visualization performance optimization due to the available standards by INSPIRE, NATO and International among others.

In additon to GI data capturing, Aperigae helps the customers on designing products, product management, establishing production workflow, developing quality assurance and quality control procedures for orthophoto, topographic data production systems among others. The following are some of the services that Aperigae provides within the context of geodata design, capturing and managing.

  • Design and implementing workflow of orthophoto, DEM production system on high performance parallel computing framework : Technology trusted comprises COTS such as Erdas Imagine, Inpho OrthoMaster, SimActive Correlator, PCI GXL.
  • Developing end-to-end MGCP topo-data production and quality processes
  • stereo interpretation, topo-data capturing, data production and GIS integration
  • Geodetic framework and map projections
